Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, contact our customer service at Info@vivora-sydney.com to start your returns process. You'll need to provide your order number, which you received in an email or on the invoice from us. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and full instructions.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect in any way, we cover the cost of return shipping — you won't pay anything to return a faulty item.
Please note: returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle, and individual products may not be returned separately — except where an individual item is faulty, in which case that item can be returned on its own.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights are not limited by any time period stated in this policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
