Return & Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you just need to contact our customer service at Info@vivora-sydney.com to start your returns process. You'll need to send your order number which you received in an email or paper invoice directly from us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item). All items should be returned to our warehouse.
Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.
Customer's are responsible for returning items, costs and customs duties to our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
